Both the exterior and interior are complete!
The old siding and garage have been painted to match the pallet of the rest of the house. Brickwork has been completed to fill in the old windows.
Last touches on the trim and the windows are done. The scaffolding is all down after being a permanent fixture for over a year.
Exterior railings are up and the trim continues to progress.
Hardieboard is on, next step is to complete the trim and give it the Tudor vibe.
The interior is complete. We’re going to wait until things warm up before finishing outside and wrapping up the project!
Millwork!
Finishing up the floors and the bedrooms. The exterior structure is now in place as well.
All the trim is done, floors are prepped and we’re now starting to tile!
The house is now primed and painting will start next week. The doors are almost all hung, and trim is about 50% complete.
Drywall is about halfway complete. Next week they will finish up with the mudding and taping. It’s really starting to come together!
Home is now insulated!

Plumbing and HVAC work is underway.
Walls on the second floor are almost done and the roof is mostly on. With the wet summer, having a roof will save a lot of effort tarping on and off.
Second-floor walls are going up and it’s starting to take shape!
Sub-floor is in on the top level. Plumbing work has also started and Enbridge came today to hook up the gas line and remodel our gardens.
LVLs in place on the second floor. Ceilings on the main floor are now a foot higher to 9 feet.
